Itinerary

Salaam Aleikum! Welcome to Cairo – a vibrant city where ancient wonders meet contemporary life. Upon your arrival, our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

If you arrive early and wish to explore, you’ll find plenty to discover. Dive into the colorful chaos of local markets, or escape the city’s bustle with a quiet visit to Old Cairo.  .

Overnight: Cairo

After breakfast, we’ll begin the day with a short briefing before heading out to explore two of Egypt’s most iconic ancient sites: Giza and Saqqara.

Our first stop is the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramids. Built around 2600 BC, the largest of the three, the Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), remains one of the most impressive feats of ancient engineering. Standing nearly 500 feet tall, it was originally encased in polished limestone, much of which has worn away over time, revealing the massive stone blocks beneath.

You'll also see the nearby pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, rising majestically from the desert sands. Don't miss the chance to snap unforgettable photos, take an optional camel ride, or even venture inside one of the pyramids (subject to limited daily tickets).

Guarding the plateau is the enigmatic Sphinx, a colossal statue with the body of a lion and the face of a pharaoh. Enjoy a guided walk around this mysterious monument and take in its grandeur up close.

Later, we’ll travel to Saqqara, about 25 km south of Cairo, to visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser – the oldest stone pyramid in Egypt and a groundbreaking structure in ancient architecture. The vast necropolis of Saqqara holds many secrets, from ancient tombs to early temples, which we’ll explore in detail during our guided visit.
