Night: You will be picked up in Cairo around midnight by a modern private car. There will be a planned stop on the road before arriving in Siwa at 8:00 am, where breakfast will be served at the hotel. If needed, you can rest at the hotel for 2–3 hours.

Morning: First, you will visit the Shali Fortress (below it is the local souk where you can buy souvenirs if you wish). We will visit the archaeological remains of the Temple of the Oracle of Amun (Temple of Alexander the Great). Then, we will go to the Mountain of the Dead where you will visit 3 Pharaonic and Roman tombs before heading for lunch.

Afternoon: We will head to a traditional Siwa house and Fatnas Island to spend some time by the water at sunset. Enjoy a fresh juice and the calm of this beautiful island.

Evening: We will return to the hotel in time for dinner (sometimes there is a musical party).

Morning: An Egyptian breakfast will be served to start your day. We will begin with a visit to Dakrur Mountain for a panoramic view over all of Siwa from the top. You will pass by Amazigh houses, used each year during the Siyaha Festival (Harvest Festival). Next, we will visit the highly concentrated Salt Lakes where you can swim, followed by a visit to Cleopatra’s Bath before having lunch.

Afternoon: We will return to the hotel, then in the late afternoon head out for a 4x4 desert safari. We will visit the sand dunes, a hot spring, the cold lake, and enjoy sandboarding. You can watch the sunset by a campfire, drink Bedouin tea, and taste dates.

Evening: We will return towards the city to head back to Cairo. Dinner will be served on the way, with arrival in Cairo expected at 5:00 am.

Take a morning flight to Aswan, where your adventure begins with a visit to the stunning Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and set on the beautiful Agilkia Island. Continue to the impressive Aswan High Dam, one of Egypt’s greatest modern engineering achievements.
