Our response
The travel industry is in recovery since travel bans have eased, and we return to travel. Our resources are still stretched, and we appreciate your understanding if our response times are delayed.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements to Travel with NILVISON TOUR
We believe that vaccination has been a critical factor in global recovery from the pandemic and we support vaccination. The wellbeing of all our travellers is one of our highest priorities and why we support vaccination against the COVID-19 virus. Additionally, it assists in protecting those in places we visit, which in some instances may be places where people are more vulnerable, for any number of reasons.
Until 31 December 2022
Travellers are required to be fully vaccinated for travel on our Nilvison tour until 31 December 2022. When joining a group as part of a trip operated by a third party such as cruise company and rail company the policy of third policy will supersede our policy.
You will need to provide an official COVID-19 vaccination certificate, issued by a government authority or equivalent (electronic or paper documentation). The certificate must display the date of the vaccination(s), and the final dose and/or booster dose must be at least 15 days prior to the start of the trip. You need to show proof of vaccination to your tour leader/guide/escort on joining in your destination. Failure to company may invalidate your travel with us and cancellation terms apply.
From 1 January 2023
We will not require proof of vaccination, but we urge all our travellers to have current vaccination against the virus to assist with minimising the risk of contracting the virus and passing it on to other travellers, and the wider population, particularly when travelling in vulnerable communities.
Each traveller is responsible for checking their destination entry requirements.
Notes:
Fully vaccinated definition may change without notice and travellers to follow medical advice about boosters for their vaccination.
There is the potential of mandatory testing on any trip for any number of reasons and you accept this as part of the requirements for joining any of our trips. This may occur in scenarios where case numbers of COVID-19 are on the increase (not stable or decreasing) in a region or a passenger contracts the virus.
This policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.
